Analyzed operating and borrower financial statements, managed delinquent credits while maximizing returns and minimizing losses via risk and loss mitigation techniques. Oversaw foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Created innovative work-out strategies with senior management team to resolve troubled credits, and classified and reserved against loans according to regulatory requirements.
